Here we are (most of us) celebrating receipt of our planning permission !


The ‘Baugemeinschaft’ is the private building cooperative that owns the property. The cooperative also functions as the real estate developer and contractor for the construction of the houses. The cooperative has been actively involved in the planning process from the very beginning making collective decisions about its real estate development and it is supported by a team of competent architects and engineers who help to inform and guide us in this process.

This ensures high standards and saves the expense of external real estate developers. The square meter price of our homes is based solely on the planning and building costs. This saves the expense of property developers and marketing companies. The accrued savings are directed to ensuring high quality of materials and improving the energy efficiency which will result in lower energy and maintenance costs in the future.
